Events that land in everyone's calendar

Create an event in your circle, see who is coming, and let the reminder and the calendar do the rest.

Going, maybe, or not this time

Members answer in one tap, so you know the headcount before you buy the coffee. Set a limit on places and the counting takes care of itself.

A reminder the day before

Everyone attending gets a reminder 24 hours ahead — as a push notification or an email, whichever they chose for that circle.

In the calendar they already use

Subscribe once and your circles' events appear in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook, staying up to date on their own. Choose which circles appear, and whether to include the ones you have not answered yet.

When plans change

Cancel with a reason and everyone who answered is told. The event stays in place with its history intact, so nobody is left wondering whether they misremembered the date.

The conversation stays with the event

Questions, photos and practical details live on the event itself — not scattered across a thread somewhere else. Whoever opens it a week later finds the whole picture.

How it works

From idea to turnout

Three steps, and no chasing.

1

Create it where it belongs

Add the event to the circle it concerns — the whole community, or just the working group.

2

Let people answer

Members see it in their feed and reply going, maybe or not this time. Add it to a newsletter and the people who follow by email hear about it too.

3

Everyone turns up

A reminder the day before, and the event already sitting in their calendar.

Nobody needs another account to hear about it

An event lives inside the circle it belongs to, not on a public listing. Members take part directly, and when the edition goes out, the people who follow your community by email see what is coming up as well. Being part of your community should not depend on being on the right platform

Bring your community's calendar together

Can we limit how many people come?
Yes. Set the number of places and the event shows how many are left, then marks itself full.
What happens if we have to cancel?
Cancel with a reason, and everyone who answered is notified. The event and its history remain, so the record of what happened is not lost.
Will events show up in my normal calendar?
Yes. Subscribe to your personal calendar feed once and events from your circles appear in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook, and keep themselves updated.
Do people get reminded?
Everyone attending gets a reminder 24 hours before, delivered the way they have chosen to hear from that circle — push or email.
