Terms of Service

Welcome to Zen Social! These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, and by accessing or using Zen Social, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use immediately.

You accept these Terms when you create an account, and again when we ask you to confirm updated Terms in the app. Your acceptance is recorded on your account. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Zen Social exists so people can meet in circles they trust. That only works when everyone can take part without being harmed, so when you use Zen Social you agree to three things: to give accurate and up-to-date information about yourself, to use the Service only for lawful purposes, and to take responsibility for what you post and how you treat other members.

One line we are firm about: we have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior on Zen Social. In practice, we do not accept content that harasses, threatens or demeans others, or that expresses hate towards or discriminates against people or groups; intimate content shared without the consent of the people in it; sexual content involving minors; calls for violence; content that is illegal in Denmark or where you live; or spam, impersonation and deliberate manipulation of a community. The Netiquette describes the participation we hope for. It applies in every circle, and a circle's own rules cannot set it aside.

If you see something that crosses these lines, report it. Every post and comment can be reported, and you can block any member. Reports go to the circle's administrators; you can also send a report straight to Zen Social, and reports nobody handles reach us within a week. We respond within a few days, sooner if someone's safety is at stake. We remove content that breaks these Terms, and accounts that break them repeatedly or seriously lose access, in serious cases immediately and for good. Circle administrators may also remove and ban members from their circles.

When you accept these Terms, you are also accepting this section.

All text, graphics, user interfaces, trademarks, and other materials related to Zen Social are owned or licensed by Liisberg Consulting ApS. You may not use any of these materials without express permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breaches of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Liisberg Consulting ApS will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service.

These Terms are governed by Danish law, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Københavns Byret (Copenhagen City Court).
